worship the cow as our mother. We feed our children cow’s milk.
Cows also give us calves, which are used for ploughing the fields when
they grow up. We make yogurt, butter, ghee and buttermilk from their
milk. |

harvest mustard. We use the mustard oil to keep the children’s
skin soft. We also use it for cooking. Fried food such as “poori” is
always made with mustard oil. |
